Tenants also have use of the resort style communal pool, tennis court, reef protected beach and thatched parasols of Moon Bay Condos.

Each bedroom has its own private bathroom with shower and all of them are quite far apart. One is on the main floor, one upstairs and the third is a studio only accessible from the main floor patio.
Owners are never on-site but the property manager lives 2 minutes away should you need anything.
Extra services such as, pressed laundry, maid service, cooking and chaffeur can be arranged at an additional cost.
Guest Access
Each bedroom has its own private bathroom with shower and all of them are quite far apart. One is on the main floor, one upstairs and the third only accessible from the main floor patio.
There is a reserved parking spot and extra guest spaces available outside at no charge. Though Cayman is extremely safe, for added security the front of the condo is monitored by camera 24/7.
Interaction with Guests
I am not onsite but the property manager lives 2 minutes away in case anything comes up. However, I am happy to assist you and give any advice on anything from car rentals to dive companys and five star restaurants. Don’t be shy to ask!
The Neighbourhood
Get the best of both worlds at Luna Vista situated half way between bustling, beautiful Seven Mile beach and tranquil, breathtaking Rum Point. 14 mile drive to either destination and 10 miles from Owen Roberts International airport.
A fruit stand and a delightful local resto bar are within five minutes walking distance and the grocery stores and restaurants of ‘CountrySide’ in Savannah are just 10 minutes away by car.
Getting Around
Car rental is suggested no matter where you stay on the island. However, there are busses that run regularly to and from seven mile beach, Georgetown and Rum Point.
